THE MONK’S SECRET : Here is How

THE MONK’S SECRET ON MUSCLE BUILDING.

Before you do your workout:

Close your eyes, inhale through your abdomen and not your chest slowly, make one inhalation 20 seconds, hold your breath for 10 seconds then exhale slowly, so for one inhale and exhale you need about 1 minute!

Do this 5 minutes before you lifting weights at gym. You will notice that this makes a difference.

On workout:

Try this now and inhale deep then hold and tighten your body muscle.  Hold that for a few moments. Feel the sensation of hardness. Now, slowly, while your muscle is still tight, exhale. What happens? You muscle relaxes.

This is what the monks do when they are lifting weights.

Inhale, lift up your weights for 3 seconds with slow motion, hold your load for few seconds then release your breath and slowly lower it down.

Proper Breathing assists in Weight Control. If you are overweight, the extra oxygen burns up the excess fat more efficiently. If you are underweight, the extra oxygen feeds the starving tissues and glands.
